Outdoor product User Agreement

I. Overview of the agreement

Welcome to use our outdoor products. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the

Agreement") is an agreement between you and the outdoor Products Provider (hereinafter

referred to as "We") regarding the use of outdoor products. Before you use outdoor products,

please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement. If you have

any questions about this Agreement, please contact us. Once you use outdoor products, it is

deemed that you have understood and fully agreed to the contents of this Agreement.

Ii. Contents of the Agreement

1. Product scope

This Agreement applies to all kinds of outdoor products provided by us, including but not limited

to outdoor tents, outdoor clothing, outdoor shoes and boots, outdoor equipment, etc.

. User rights protection

1) We promise to provide outdoor products qualified quality, in line with the relevant national

standards.

2) We respect the user's right to know and choose, and the user has the right to know the

product performance, use, price and other information.

3) We promise to provide users with perfect after-sales service, for product quality problems, we

will be in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations to deal with.

. User usage specifications

1) The user shall use the outdoor products correctly according to the product instructions, and

shall not change the use of the products, disassemble or damage the products without

authorization.

2) In the process of using outdoor products, users shall abide by national laws and regulations

and shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of others.

3) Users shall not use outdoor products for illegal activities, in case of violation, we have the

right to terminate this agreement immediately, and reserve the right to pursue legal

responsibility.

4. Disclaimer

(1) Outdoor products in the normal use process, due to product quality problems caused by

damage, we assume the corresponding responsibility. Except in the following cases:

a. Users modify or disassemble the product without authorization, resulting in product damage

or failure.

b. User improper use, resulting in product damage or failure.

c. Damage caused by force majeure.

2) Users in outdoor activities, due to personal reasons for damage, we do not assume

responsibility.

. Modification and termination of the Agreement

1) We have the right to modify this Agreement according to business development needs. The

revised Agreement shall take effect on the date of publication, and the user's continued use of

the outdoor products shall be deemed to agree to the revised agreement.

(2) The User has the right to terminate this Agreement, but should notify us in advance. After the

termination of the agreement, the user will no longer enjoy the services provided by us.
